SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms govern the Flexienvíos BHD text-message (SMS) programs operated by Omnex Group, Inc. ("Omnex", "we", "us" or "our"), the licensed provider of the Flexienvíos BHD services. They supplement, and are part of, our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to a program described below, you agree to these terms.

We operate two separate SMS programs, each with its own opt-in:

1. Account & Login Alerts (Transactional)

When you opt in to this program, we send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. These include one-time login security codes (OTP) and money-transfer status notifications (for example, when a transfer is sent or becomes available to your recipient). Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, each time you request a login code or when the status of a transfer changes. This is not a marketing program, and consent to receive these texts is not a condition of using the Flexienvíos BHD services — you can always receive login codes and account information by email instead.

2. Offers & Promotions (Marketing)

When you opt in to this program, we send promotional text messages — such as special offers and discounts — to the mobile number you provide. We will send no more than six (6) marketing messages per month. This program is entirely optional: opting in is never required to use the Flexienvíos BHD services, and opting out of marketing texts does not affect your account or your transactional alerts.

How to Opt In

You opt in to a program only by taking an explicit, affirmative action — for example, by checking the marketing opt-in box during sign-up or in your account settings, by turning on SMS transaction notifications in your account settings, or by choosing to receive your login code by text. Simply giving us your mobile number — for example, to complete a transfer — does not by itself enroll you in any text-message program.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Cancellation (STOP)

You can cancel either program at any time by replying STOP to any message from that program. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. You may also opt out by turning off the relevant SMS option in your account's Notification Preferences or by contacting Customer Service. If you opt out, you can still receive login codes and account information by email.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered to every carrier or device.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our messaging provider and the carriers). For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. We will post any updated terms on this page, and your continued enrollment in a program after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to a change, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by turning off SMS notifications in your account settings.
